Whilst all care is taken to make sure that the prices are kept up-to-date, sometimes there may have to be a change for reasons beyond our control.  Because of this, prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Any orders current will be advised of a price change prior to confirmation & completion.

All items sold within Australia are subject to the Federal government's Goods and Services Tax (GST). 

This GST is deducted for orders where items are exported internationally (delivered to overseas addresses). 

Goods are shipped to your requirements. Within Australia we normally ship via Australia Post - always recommending Registered Mail and insurance. Airfreight within Australia is Australian Air Express "off-peak" service.

Internationally, we once again utilise Australia Post - Airmail, Economy (unless otherwise instructed). This service takes about 2 to 3  weeks to ship to the US and Canada and about 10 days to Europe and many parts of Asia. We always recommend insurance.

Duty considerations are your responsibility, we are not in a position to advise. We have shipped product internationally for 6 years and not had any customer feedback of undue customs issues related to our product range.

Glen Clyde House is not open to unarranged returns of purchased items, unless you have negotiated by email & we accept.  A change of mind does not constitute valid grounds for returning an item.  We pride ourselves on the quality of product sold, if however, a design or manufacture fault is found at time of product receipt to the purchaser, we require immediate notification. Upon this notification and our acceptance of design or manufacture fault, we will resolve to remedy the fault.
